Support Ron Paul for President
Ron Paul Effect Continues
When it comes to online exposure and support, Dr Ron Paul is way ahead of the game for the 2008 Presidential candidate campaign. Back in May 2007, ABC News dubbed the term “The Ron Paul Effect” bringing to light the intensive actions of Ron Paul supporters to make Dr Paul a household name around the world. While nay-sayers claim this is just hype from an effective ‘viral marketing’ campaign, the fact remains that Ron Paul has earned world-wide attention and support.

This graph below shows the online search volume of three Presidential candidates. The blue line denotes search volume for Ron Paul.

There is literally a Ron Paul Army of people around the country and around the world fighting for Dr. Paul and his ideals of peace, freedom and sound money. The vast numbers of people supporting Ron Paul for President in 2008 is unheard of in politics.
According to recent Meetup statistics, Dr. Paul has over 100,000 people who are actively campaigning for him. Rudy Guiliani? Almost 100.
Who is the top-tier candidate again?
The support both in active members and money raised is eye-popping and amazing.
But one thing Ron Paul does not have, what Rudy and all the other establishment candidates (every candidate but Ron Paul) have, is the support of the Old Media (previously known as the ‘Mainstream Media’). The Old Media never questions Rudy or Hillary about their corrupt dealings, but invoke Ron Paul as a racist or isolationist at every turn. But this only creates blow-back as the people are starting to wake up and realize the Old Media is just in place to entertain us and make sure the elite, establishment hacks remain in power.
The Old Media says Ron Paul is not a top-tier candidate and doesn’t deserve to be in debates or forums if he doesn’t meet their ‘fair and balanced’ criteria. The Old Media uses land-line phones for their ’scientific’ polling. The only thing scientific is trying to find people that actually still use land-line phones (or takes calls from pollsters). Caller ID and Cellular anyone?
Oh yeah, when they do their, one vote text polling Ron Paul always wins…”but that shouldn’t be used to measure support, only our old, dilapidated methods will be used” say the Old Media. With the New Media in place (the Internet), it’s time to change up the process and instead of relying on the Old Media to tell us who the top-tier candidates are, we need to use all forms of support as the measuring stick. More in line with how the World operates today, like….
- Shouldn’t the candidate with the most people actively campaigning for them be considered a top-tier candidate?
- Shouldn’t the candidate with the most You Tube subscribers be considered top-tier?
- How about the candidate with the most money raised in Q4? This used to be important. Why not now?
- Or the candidate that set the one day political fund-raising record by hauling in $6.7 Million in one day?
Shouldn’t this candidate be considered top-tier?
I think so. But maybe we should just continue to listen to the Old Media and let them tell us who the ‘top-tier’ candidates are and continue to tell us which topics are important and which ones are ‘kooky’. ?
Option I:
When Ron Paul is elected as our next President, the war will end in Iraq, the troops will come home, people will get to keep 20-30% more of the money they earn as the income tax and IRS will be gone, the country will be safer as Ron Paul will secure our borders and secure our ports, no birthright citizenship, benefits or amnesty for illegals, gold and silver will become legal tender as we will once again follow the guidelines of the Constitution.
Option II:
If Ron Paul doesn’t win, these un-constitutional, illegal wars, will continue, the government will still take a third of our money before we ever see it via the income tax, the borders will still be wide open, the dollar will continue to plummet, the elite will continue to illegally spy on us and tell us how to live our lives, and the media will continue to deny there are any real problems, refusing to ask questions and demand answers from this out of control government.
Which of these options sounds ‘kooky’ to you?

Ron Paul On The Tonight Show with Jay Leno - 1/7/08
Dr. Ron Paul was a guest on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno to discuss FOX News’ decision to censor Dr. Paul from the last New Hampshire debate, his views on the war in Iraq and how the Fed is destroying the dollar. This is a great interview and thanks to Jay for stepping up and allowing Dr. Paul to voice his message to all Americans.

Update:
Those who support free speech and the Constitution, as well as those who feel the media has a job to do, are showing Fuax News - We Deceive, You Decide, that Dr. Paul does deserve to be heard and the more you censor him, the more we will fight to get his message out.
